The Start of Summer
Makenzie is 9 weeks now and is measuring at 50% for weight and 95% for height. Pete's ready to start the application process into the Badger basketball program. She is precious and I'm so happy to have a little girl. We have been very busy but we are making time for the fun things in life. My mom and I went to a Tim McGraw concert last Saturday while Pete had Makenzie for my first night away. It was the first time that I was away from her for longer than two hours but Tim McGraw made it well worth it!! We had a really good time and Pete loved having the baby to himself. Pete is amazing... that's all I have to say. We took Timmy to a petting zoo and to the park yesterday and he had a blast. He is a little obsessed with cows right now so he was thrilled when he got to feed one. While the cow wouldn't moo back at him, he at least got to hear what goats and pigs sounded like. I think we'll be going back there again sometime soon. Timmy Lee and Timmy Ray both got hair cuts...so Timmy looks ALOT older. Pete is going camping with his guy friends this weekend while we head up to the trailer to visit Grandma Char and hopefully go boating. We are looking forward to going swimming at the pool and to a trip at the Zoo with Aunt Linda and her crew of grandchildren. Can you tell that we're happy summer is finally here?!
